The existing stone porch enclosure was a bit small. The back window and stone below were removed and a new half enclosed deck with full roof cover was created.

The open half of this porch allows you to sit outside but still have plenty of protection. The skylight was installed to help bring natural light into the kitchen window below.

This older home fell victim to termites and had some structural issues. The porch was rebuilt and we added an enclosed second story for the family to use year round.
