We turned a simple entry stoop into a summer sun deck

 This deck design added easy access to the rear entry of the house from the driveway and access to the upper yard

 The deck also allows enough room for the grill to be moved from the driveway.

The corner of the deck had a structural problem, which was repaired and new closed riser steps were installed.
|
 The old wood decking and railings were removed and replaced with new composite decking and vinyl railings.
No more summer days spent power washing & staining.

To enhance the two color combination and make the deck even more low maintenance we wrapped the posts with a vinyl post wrap and covered the face of the deck framing and beams with a composite skirt board.
