The original porch design was flawed and allowed water to enter and damage the structure. All exterior trims are solid PVC with proper flashings. Frosted windows were used for privacy on the side windows.

Vinyl replacement windows were installed. The existing brick was painted and a Brazilian cherry hardwood floor adds the finishing touch.

Iron railing was replaced with a solid wood rail and newel posts.

New Laminate flooring installed directly over the existing vinyl.

The cherry wood finish laminate adds some charm to this country style kitchen.

A simple entry landing is converted to a magnificent foyer.
